![]() ![]() How do I contact Adobe (as advised by you above) to deactivate and reactivate when necessary? Finally - I DO have another MacBook Pro with the Master Suite (and Acrobat Pro installed) but thoughtlessly upgraded it from Yosemite to the 64-bit only Catalina, so my 32-bit CS5 Master Suite and Acrobat Pro won't run now. ![]() So at some point I will need to install again. I have upgraded my main current machine OS because I am waiting to buy a new MacBook Pro until the M1 CPU/GPU chip is released on a 15/16" screen. On my account at Adobe, my licences appear fine, but it said that I didn't have any machines activated (although I have had two from the outset). I note your comment about the activation server closing. I downloaded the Master Suite dmg (and also for Acrobat Pro) from my Adobe account. ![]() John, thanks to this thread, and your solution, I have been able to set up my CS5 (originally from 2010/11 on OSX Lion) to an updated High Sierra OSX on the same machine (but on an SSD replacement for the spinning disc). ![]()
